Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the time your order is placed. During peak seasons, sales, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination:
- European Union: Standard Shipping (3–6 business days) and Express Shipping (1–3 business days).
- Worldwide: Standard Shipping (6–10 business days).
- EU: Free Standard Shipping on all orders, or Express for $30
- Worldwide: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $499, or a flat $35 fee on orders under $499
Duties & taxes: All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout, included in your order total. This means there are no surprise charges, customs fees, or additional payments required when your order is delivered.
Whether you're shopping from Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom, or beyond, the price you see at checkout is the complete price you pay. Your order will arrive with all duties and taxes fully settled — nothing more to pay on delivery.
We handle the details, so you can simply look forward to your pieces arriving.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (except confirmed faulty items).

Items must be: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached (including the round return disclaimer tag), and accompanied by proof of purchase. Final Sale items are not eligible.
If you believe your item is faulty, email care@scarlettpoppies.com with your order number and clear photos. If confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Note: damage from wear/washing/improper care isn’t a manufacturing fault. Loose threads may occur in artisanal work and can be safely trimmed.
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size/colour, or for faulty items (subject to availability).
- Returns are typically processed within 7 days of receipt at our warehouse.
- Approved refunds usually appear within 10 business days (payment provider timelines vary).
- Items returned worn/damaged/altered, with tags removed, or outside the window will be returned to sender.
