OUR WORLD

OUR FOUNDER | CEO & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Building lasting value through people, product and purpose.

Scarlett Poppies is the expression of founder and Creative Director Linda Augustssonโ€™s more than 25 years of living and working between Scandinavian and Indian cultures โ€” and a career built around an uncompromising belief in exceptional product.

Born and raised in Sweden, Linda has spent most of her professional life deeply immersed in Indiaโ€™s textile and manufacturing industry. In 2002, she founded Continuum, today one of Indiaโ€™s most respected design and buying agencies, partnering with leading international fashion brands including Inditex brands, Anthropologie and Mint Velvet.

Along the way, she built something far more valuable than a supply chain: an exceptional network of relationships, specialist knowledge and access to skills developed over generations.

Her philosophy remains simple: exceptional product begins with exceptional relationships.

Scarlett Poppies brings that experience into a world entirely of its own. Scandinavian clarity meets Indian mastery through effortless silhouettes, natural fabrics, intricate techniques and unexpected novelty details โ€” creating resort and ready-to-wear that is distinctive without being dictated by trends.

Designed to be collected. Made to transcend seasons.

Our customer knows exactly what she wants. She is curious, well-travelled and confident in her own style. She chooses quality over quantity, values comfort as much as beauty, and looks for originality she cannot find everywhere else. She returns because every collection gives her something new while remaining unmistakably Scarlett Poppies.

Today, the brand is trusted by premium retailers across the world โ€” from iconic department stores and luxury platforms to world-class resorts and independent boutiques.

In an increasingly crowded market, Scarlett Poppies occupies a space of its own: distinctive product, exceptional detail and lasting value at a price that remains relevant.

OUR PRODUCT

Scandinavian clarity. Indian mastery.

Scarlett Poppies is a global Resort and Ready-to-Wear brand built around a simple idea: creating distinctive clothes that women want to wear, keep and return to across cultures, generations and destinations.

Effortless silhouettes meet natural fabrics, beautiful craftsmanship and unexpected novelty details โ€” from intricate embroidery and delicate ruffles to sophisticated tonal prints and techniques rooted in Indiaโ€™s extraordinary textile heritage.

Our collections are designed for women of the world. Shapes are fluid, flattering and easy to wear; details are considered rather than excessive. Every piece balances comfort with character, simplicity with something unexpected, and timelessness with a distinctly contemporary point of view. Novelty and attention to detail is in our DNA.

We design pieces to be collected โ€” clothes that travel effortlessly between destinations, occasions and seasons, and remain relevant long after the moment they were created for.

It is this combination of originality, quality, beautiful detail and lasting value that defines Scarlett Poppies and keeps our customers coming back.

Mindfully Crafted. Timeless & Beautiful.

OUR HONEST APPROACH

Values are only meaningful when reflected in how we work.

For Scarlett Poppies, responsible business starts with respect โ€” for the people we work with, the skills they bring and the partnerships we build along the way.

We believe in long-term relationships over short-term transactions. We work closely with our suppliers and manufacturing partners, many of whom have been part of our wider network for years, and expect the same standards of integrity, transparency and accountability from them that we expect from ourselves.

That means being clear about how and where our products are made, recognising the true value of skilled work, and never treating the people behind our garments as an invisible part of the process.

The same principles apply within our own teams. We believe in fairness, equality and an environment where different perspectives are respected, responsibilities are taken seriously and people have the opportunity to grow.

We also recognise that responsibility is not a finished achievement. It requires constant attention, better choices and the willingness to question how things can be done differently.

In an industry often driven by speed, volume and price, we choose to build differently: with transparency in our relationships, respect throughout our supply chain and accountability for the decisions we make.

Because how something is made โ€” and how people are treated while making it โ€” matters just as much as the finished product

mindfully crafted. timeless & beautiful.
