Our Scarlett Poppies muse,Miren Alós, recently travelled to Marrakech for a peaceful escape. Her afternoon strolls became sparks for creativity, with rich colors, scents, and beauty around every corner. She fell in love with the artistry of local crafts, where tradition and creativity go hand in hand — a reflection of the values at the heart of Scarlett Poppies.

• What is it about Marrakech that inspires you the most?
  “It’s the vibrancy of the city — the architecture, the mosaics, the terracotta walls glowing under the sun, and the energy of the souks. Everywhere you look, there’s a mix of history and artistry. The colors are bold yet harmonious, the textures are rich, and there’s this feeling that inspiration lives in every detail, from the doors to the gardens.”
• What do you love most about traveling?
  “Traveling allows me to breathe differently. It’s about slowing down, being present, and opening myself to what each place has to teach. I love immersing myself in the culture, connecting with people, and letting unexpected details spark creativity. For me, travel is less about ticking off destinations and more about collecting moments.”
• How do you feel when wearing Scarlett Poppies pieces? Do you have a favorite piece?
  “Scarlett Poppies makes me feel both free and feminine at the same time. The clothes have this unique way of being comfortable yet incredibly chic. One of my favorites from this shoot is theFreja Top. It’s so easy to style in a ton of different ways, whether dressed up or worn casually with shorts or pants. I love its beautiful floral embroidery — it feels timeless yet playful, and every detail makes it stand out as a special piece in my wardrobe.”
• Was there a location or moment that felt like it was made for this collection?
  “Yes — at the Berber Lodge, in the stillness of the late afternoon. The quiet beauty of the space, with its natural textures and earthy tones, was in perfect harmony with Scarlett Poppies’ details and fabrics. It felt like the collection and the setting were speaking the same language — timeless, grounded, and inspiring.”
