Welcome to scarlettpoppies.com (the “Site”), operated by Scarlett Poppies under Coolusion International DMCC, Dubai, UAE. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Online store terms
You must be the age of majority in your country to use the Site. Use by persons under 18 is not permitted. You agree not to use the Site or our products for unlawful purposes.
2. General conditions
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion. Non-card content may be transmitted unencrypted; payment data is always encrypted. Do not copy, resell, or exploit the Service without written permission.
3. Products, pricing & availability
Products may be available in limited quantities and online only. We strive to display colours accurately; display settings vary by device. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We may limit sales by region, customer, or order.
4. Orders, billing & accounts
Provide accurate billing/shipping details. We may refuse or cancel orders or limit quantities per account, payment method, or address. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
5. Optional tools & third-party links
You may be offered access to third-party tools or linked sites at your own risk. We are not responsible for their content or performance.
6. User content
If you submit reviews, comments, or content, you grant us a right to use them. You are responsible for your submissions.
7. Personal information
Handled under our Privacy Policy.
8. Errors & corrections
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order is submitted.
9. Prohibited uses
Do not use the Site to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, or interfere with security/performance.
10. Warranties & liability
The Service and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and limit liability as permitted by UAE law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (conflict-of-law rules excluded).
12. Indemnity; severability; termination
You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your breach. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.
13. Entire agreement & changes
These Terms and policies are the entire agreement for Site use. We may update Terms; your continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Apple Pay (where available). Currencies are shown at checkout. Keep your transaction records.
15. Shipping & delivery (international)
Garments are made in India; all orders ship from our Denmark warehouse. International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, and import taxes, payable by the customer. Tracking is provided after dispatch. See Shipping & Returns for details.
16. Returns & exchanges
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in original condition with all tags. See Returns and Refund Policy for details.
17. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 3 years, non-refundable, and cannot purchase other gift cards. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
